Berlin, November 2025 – For one weekend each year, the beating heart of Germany’s cannabis community gathers under one roof. The Cannabis Normal! Conference, hosted by the Deutscher Hanfverband (DHV), returns from November 21–23 to Rykestraße 13 in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg district, uniting activists, scientists, policymakers, and entrepreneurs to debate the future of cannabis regulation.
Under the theme “From Regulation to Reality,” the conference brings together voices from all sides of the reform movement — from researchers and lawmakers to social club founders, patient advocates, and investors. Across three stages (“Loft,” “Atelier,” and “Machwerk”), discussions, debates, and workshops will dive deep into how Germany’s cannabis market is evolving after legalization.

The weekend culminates in the Hanf-Adler Award Ceremony, followed by the traditional Saturday Sesh, celebrating the achievements of Germany’s cannabis community.
