We would like nothing more than to provide every press member interested in attending with a press ticket—that is, however, not something we can guarantee. Why? The Festival is financed primarily through ticket sales and as such we only have a limited number of free tickets available. When issuing press tickets, we take various factors into account, including reach and relevance of a given media outlet and the interests of our partners. As a company, we will always do our best to assess applications as fair as possible. Should we have unclaimed media tickets available, we will contact press members we were unable to provide credentials to in the first step. We are tentatively planning on issuing these tickets in late April or in the first week of May.
